The Layar Reality Browser is an augmented reality app (mobile phone application) that shows you what is around you by displaying real time digital information (layers) on top of reality. This digital information is called a ‘layer’.


It's always sunny in Scherpenzeel. On different parts of the day a different strange looking sun can be found in the sky. Silently floating and changing color above the field of "Huize Scherpenzeel" Watch out for version two of this layer with UV light and free sunscreen. You can view this sun with the smartphone application layar only on the field of "Huize Scherpenzeel".

Description:
The sun has three different colors and three different heights which change during the day. The sun slowly fades to different opacities with a moiré pattern. Made in collaboration with Jasper van Loenen.
